For many working mothers, achieving Work/Life Balance is a priority. I coach working mothers, helping them to create a balance between their families and their careers, also ring fencing time for themselves.
Returning to work, even part-time, while raising young children is challenging. It needn't be a guilt trip. It isn’t necessarily an either/or. This is where an objective team member, in the shape of your coach, can support you as you identify your priorities and assess your options.
I’m a coach who has been a working mother. I have wide experience (from 2 to adult) of working in education; I understand the needs of children at the different stages in their lives. I know also what it is to have a demanding job. I will help you consider your options and choices so that you are able to create the best possible blueprint for working while parenting.
I also have extensive experience of working on work/life balance issues with people in the public sector, mainly in health care and education. I devised a tool for assessing the Staff Room Culture in schools, and have worked on producing toolkits for achieving change in working practices.
I know from experience how stressful a workplace can be, so I find it particularly satisfying when my clients start to reap the rewards of a better work life balance.
