As a trained life coach, the major part of my practice involves personal development coaching. In my experience, the key ‘issues’ for many people, when they first approach a coach, relate to one of the "three Cs": Cash, Careers or Companionship.
But there’s often more to it than first appears. During coaching you will look at all the aspects of your life, as you begin to identify what it is that you really seek to change and what steps you can take that will bring about those changes.
As your coach, I will encourage and support you, rather like a cheerleader, as you work towards achieving a more balanced, fulfilling rôle for yourself. Coaching often starts with small steps, yet, within days, those steps turn to strides. Most clients are surprised and delighted at how rapidly they move towards their goals. While you work me, you will acquire coaching skills yourself, learning more about what works in managing change in your own life
